, Jakarta - Tokoh di balik terciptanya sejumlah karakter superhero Hollywood, Stan Lee meninggal dunia pada Senin, 12 November 2018 malam di Los Angeles. Ia menghembuskan napas terakhir pada usia 95 tahun.

Kantor berita Agence France-Presse (AFP) melaporkan bahwa Stan Lee meninggal dunia lantaran menderita komplikasi sejumlah penyakit, salah satunya pneumonia.

Pencipta Marvel Universe ini telah menciptakan lebih dari 100 superhero legendaris termasuk The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Spiderman, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, dan Captain America.

Stan Lee menjadikan dunia ini tempat yang lebih baik berkat kekuatan, kebaikan, dan cinta yang selalu hadir di semua kisah dan karakternya. Dia membuat banyak orang percaya bahwa ada pahlawan yang sebenarnya di dunia ini dan hal-hal menakjubkan bisa terjadi.

Thank you for all the dreams. . . . My last post was for Stan himself, this one is more for me. The comics Stan helped breath life into influenced my childhood in a way that set me out on the career path to be a comic artist from an early age. Well clearly that didn’t work out but it did keep me studying in the art field that eventually led to this hobby as my main expressive medium.
